Jom buat camni awal thn nanti.....disamping budak kenal nama, murid dpt menulis ngan betul
Name Card and Letter Tiles: Prepare a name card for every student using ABC Print Arrow font (see resources section) then print on cardstock and laminate. You could also use a sentence strip and a Sharpie to create name cards. You can use letter tiles from Wal-Mart or Staples or you can cut a matching sentence strip apart between the letters to make the name puzzle.

minggu orientasi
sekadar mengingati apa yg blh dibuat pd hari orientasi...
Some additional things you will need to address at your orientation are listed below:
Name Tags: Will your students wear nametags on the first day of school to help you and the staff identify them? If so you will want to have all of your nametags prepared to hand out at Orientation. Make sure your nametags are laminated for durability. Include your name, student’s name, how the student goes home- car, bus, walk, or daycare and bus number if applicable. Of course, always have plenty of extra nametags handy for new additions to your class or for those that lose them. Instruct the parents to put the name tags on their children before they enter the school building for safety reasons.
Information Packets: Prepare one packet for every student on your class list, but make sure to have several extras for late additions to your class and for those students who might move to the area later in the school year. I use the folders with brads from the back to school sales at Office Depot/Max to create my orientation packets. On the inside front pocket I place my “Welcome to Our Class” letter along with my business card. I three hole punch the class handbook (see FAQ’s) and insert it in the middle using the brads. In the inside back pocket I put other important information such as uniform order forms, a note from the nurse, PTA membership information etc. To see a copy of my “Welcome to School” letter please scroll to the bottom of this page in the resources section.
Student Information: One of the most important things to do at an orientation is to gather information from the parents regarding how their child will be going home, are there any food allergies or medical conditions we need to know about etc? Often the office may have gathered some of this information from the parents already, but you will not always have quick access to it on the very first day of school. This way you will have all the info at your fingertips on the very first day. I create a simple form that has the parents names, home, work, and cell phone numbers in case of emergency, food allergies, transportation information and have them fill it out at the orientation. DO NOT let anybody leave without filling out the information form. These forms can be used all year for various purposes so do not throw them away. I three hole punch mine and place them in an “Emergency” folder that we take with us during lockdowns or fire drills and I also leave it with subs when I am absent.

Paper Plate Animals Craft
Materials
Paper plate
Any water-based paint
White glue
Scissors
Paint brush
Wiggle eyes
Construction paper
Crayons or markers
Craft stick, pompoms, other decorative materials
1.
Think about what animal you want to make
Imagine a paper plate to be the animal's head. What do you need to decorate the paper plate with to make it more look like the animal you have in mind?
2.
Make the ears and other special parts
The next step involves cutting out head parts that need to be painted the same color as the head. For most animals, this will involve cutting out a pair of ears out of construction paper or cardboard.
Some animals, like the elephant, will need additional parts, like its long trunk.
3.
Attach the ears
With the paper plate's right side up, glue the pair of ears on either side of the plate. Allow the glue to dry.
If your animal has other parts that need to be glued on, flip the paper plate over so that the bottom side is facing up, before gluing on the trunk or other head parts.
4.Paint the animal
Remember to position the paper plate bottom side up with the ears glued at the back. Paint the animal with any water-based paint.
Step 4b Paper Plate Animals craft Paint on some spots or stripes if your animal has these patterns. You can finger paint or use a paint brush. If you want to try something new, you can make your own potato stamps or fruit and vegetable stamps to make the animal patterns. After you're done painting, allow the paint to dry completely.
5.Add eyes
When the paint has dried, you can add the remaining facial features. To make the eyes, you can glue on wiggle eyes, buttons or paper cut-outs. Some animals like this giraffe, have snouts. To make a snout, cut out an oval shape from construction paper and draw the animal's nostrils and mouth on it. You can use crayons, oil pastels, colored pencils or markers for drawing.Paper Plate Animals craft Glue the snout onto to the paper plate head. To make the animal's head a little less round, position the snout so that it protrudes a little bit along the bottom of the plate. You can do this with long-faced animals such as giraffes, horses, cows or goats.
6.Additional details
You can add additional details if you like. This giraffe needs a pair of horns and I made them by cutting a craft stick in half and gluing them at the back of the paper plate. The craft sticks can be colored or painted before gluing on circles out of construction paper at the tips of the horns.
